He began playing football with the Belenenses youth team in 2003 and continued until 2005. In 2005, he joined Sporting CP’s youth team and began his career with the club. On 3 February 2013, he made his senior debut for the club, featuring for the former’s reserves in a Segunda Division match. On December 29, 2014, he made his debut for the first team.

On 31 August 2016, he was loaned to Moreirense F.C. until the end of the 2016-17 season, during which time he made 18 appearances for the club, scoring four goals and contributing three assists in all competitions as Moreirense F.C. won the Taca da Liga.
